Shipments and returns

1.       Means of transport

a)       Christian Bookshop offers several means of transportation.

b)      It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the means by which their products will be delivered at the address registered in the purchase. Each chosen medium has a price depending on the service provided.

c)       Christian Bookshop is not liable in case the customer has entered an incorrect address or lack of information that doesn’t enable the delivery of the purchased items

d)      In case of return to the origin of any product, by any means of transport for reasons of wrong or insufficient address, the customer may have to pay for the shipment again.

e)      Christian Bookshop is not responsible for the delays of shipping companies.

f)        Christian Bookshop is not responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, wars or riots or other abnormal situations that occur between the time of purchase and delivery at the address chosen by the customer.

2.       Return and cancellation

a)       The cancellation can be made by the customer until the moment the product is sent, from that moment it is not possible to cancel.

b)      The customer has the right to return the product within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of shipment.

c)       The customer may return a product that does not correspond to the one chosen or that has some type of defect within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of shipment of the product. In the event of a defect, once the customer returns it to the origin, another one will be sent in perfect condition and the customer will not have to bear the shipping costs. The same applies in cases where the customer has received a product that does not match the one chosen.

d)      All returned products must be in the original packaging, only exchanges of products in open packages of articles that have a manufacturing defect will be accepted.

e)      Refunds will be made based on the form of payment made. The customer will receive the refund after the product (s) have been returned and processed and the integrity of the product has been confirmed.

f)        Returns of products such as DVD, CD or software in which the packages have been opened are not accepted.

g)       For reasons of hygiene and food safety, any food product cannot be returned.
